I have taken vodafone postpaid connection corporate plan of max newyork life for more than 3year earlier i was getting cug free as promised to me but latter on they charged me for that when i complained about this they reverse the charges and said hence forward you wont be charged but in next billof may 2012 they charged me for cug plus internet chargs which i had deactivated for that also and the biggest mistake is that they charge me international charges for a local sms ie my brother when i complained about this at there vodafone gallery miraroad they said within 72 hours we will revert you but no action when i mail them at there corporate id every time i was getting the assurance that we wil revert you within 48 hrs but no body call me or mailed me its happening from last 25 days and now they are not ansering my call please look in to the matter
