Purchase of Mobile through e-bay. Retailers are seem to be bogus fellows.

Purchased one Black Berry Smartphone 9530 through e-bay on 3rd Sept, 2011 for Rs.9200/-. Payment made through Credit Card No.5425568150024372. Mobile Set received from Unique Enterprises,131, Bapu Khote Street, 1st Floor, Jamli Mohalla, Mumbai-400 003 on 5th Sep, 2011. Invoice No.280 dt.03/09/2011 of Unique Enterprises, Warranty mentioned as one year. Instrument not been working for the past 2 months. Letter sent to them through Registered post on 14th June, 2012. So far no response. Mobile No.09819481808- no body picks the phone. Always not reachable or switched off. The instrument showing as “APP error 523”. This has been verified in the internet. Most of the persons who bought are facing the same problems. Attached all feedbacks from various persons about this phone to Unique Enterprises. I want the solution for this immediately or refund of money.
