balance deduction

Dear Sir,
i recharged my aircel No.8560972197 on 20-07-2012 by RS.50/- but in the eveing i got balance of Rs.19/-,only after scrutninsing i came to know that they have activated the caller tune but i havn’t make such request for caller tune..

please reimburse my RS.30/-
