Hi,
I wish to lodge this complaint against a videcon D2h Franchise named – “Millennium Online Recharge Services”.
I had got my setup box transferred from Pimple Saudagar to Baner In Pune.The day my account was expiring I got a call from this franchise to renew my account with them. I recharged my account for 6 months paying Rs 1800 in cash.Having no prior experience with D2h connections, I relied on this franchise.My recharge used to take place every 2 days for a nominal amount of Rs 10/20 and when I asked this dealer regarding the same he replied everytime maintaining that my recharge will take place continuously.Now for the past 1 week my account has not been recharged and this dealer is untracable.
I contacted Videocon directly for the same but they said they cannot do anything despite the fact that dealer has obtained my personal sensitive information(mobile number) from their records.I have the receipt of the paid amount. Can I get any respite in this?
Why am I bearing the brunt of something at which I am at no fault
