Money did not get withdrawn but it was debited from my a/c(HDFC ATM card and Canara Bank ATM)

Dear Sir / Madam,

I sangita Nandi an A/c holder in HDFC bank having A/C No 00181050144185 and ATM card No 4854460206887650 in Kolkata, salt lake sector-1 branch.

I was trying to withdraw amount Rs.5000 (Five thousand) on 7 Jun 2012 at about 5 PM from Canara bank ATM (Chennai, Teynampet Near Apollo cancer specialty hospital) and received the same message in my mobile that the amount is get debited from my A/c but nothing came out from the ATM. (you can cross check it from the video footage or the ATM transaction for the day from that particular ATM).
And when we went to HDFC bank (complains No 423431, KOLC0612024532) they given us a statement that is talking about that the amount is get debited.

Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
