Jocks service activation withot request

I have purchased a SIM card of Vodaphone on dated 15/07/2012 and activated after 7:00 p.m. I was just using GPRS service. No phone call or SMS done from this Sim , but Rs. 30/- deducted and received SMS that daily Jokes service activated. I truly bring in your notice that no such type of request made from my side, I never interested for such type of services. I contacted thrice at 198 to clarify it but your customer care executive not agree to register the complain.
