Wrong product and now not giving the refund as promised

I had ordered Accu-check performa online, and i received accu-check nano instead. When i returned the product, i was told that order has been cancelled, but it was nt cancelled on their site also i was promised a refund of my money, which i’ve not received. Rather customercare told me they’ll contact me, but nobody did. It is the worst shopping experience ever. I need my money back now. The site is making fool of customers.

    Blackberry bold 4 was bought in feburary 2012 and it has stopped working in july 2012 . and blackberry service center is asking to send the phone to bangalore and asking to pay for it as such it is under warranty.
    they are not ready to take the charge of it..
    Also, they are adding that if the phone gets misplaced from them, it wont be their responsibilty.
