First and Foremost thing:
This is to inform you that I was fed off with Your LG SERVICE.

I have purchase LG washing machine model no F8068LDP On Jan 2012 .
and it has been not working on 01st April 2012 for this single problem i have given 6 to 7 times complaints.

Tell me is it required to raise these many complaints? is it required to resolve single problem for 4 months.
Every time i am calling to call center simply they are taking the complaint and they need not bother about the complaints whether it is resolved or not, they will not at all see the status of the complaints they will not callback to the customer.

First change the work profile of the Customer Care officers and inform that if they are taking the complaints then they are the owner of that particular complaint. and inform that they need to fallow the case and ensure that its has to be resolved.
you people are simply taking the complaints and the waste fellows are simply closing the complaints with out resolving the same.
every time i am calling the customer care they are giving the local technicians number, i am keep on calling the technicians they are informing that Tomorrow…tomorrow… tomorrow i don’t know when that Tomorrow will com.

And I am going to Consumer Court with these complaint if it is going to resolve before 20/07/2012 EOD.
