I have purchased a mobile Karbon A1 of 5000 from Star Cj alive when i recieved it I have open it and its screen is liitle open from the right side corner to downward they are giving me the no. of karbon service station and when i call them they are saying that it is wrong no. and again i call to Star Cj alive company their employes are not answer me i have call them minium 150 phone calls but they are not exchanging me a new mobile then what should i do?Please do some strict option.
