long diss problem

in our house two reading meters are provided 1 is main other one is tapping meter those RR No is 29897 & 29898 both are running in present we are pay all the bills the problems are arise now is the RR no is changed to 28897 and also name
i have already complained this matter along three month ago there is no solution to get then finally i think better i go to consumer forum
