my complain is for my December 2011 salary which i hadnt get past 7 months although the HOD is using abusing words & pointing on my character, i had mailed so many times to the senior authority but they are ignoring every thing i am pasting that mail also you can check it out.

If you all are not taking any action within two days i will be going to consumer court & i will be complaining for that past 7 months they are making me fool & now they are saying we are not going to pay anything & saying about my character,the senior persons are sitting like a dumbo & not taking any action regarding for my one month salary.From 7 months was having patience you all don’t need it the same manner,you all are supporting to Mr. Neeraj although you all don’t bother about any thing.
You all have 2 days for to necessary action for my salary.

This is Deepika Aggarwal Employee of COL Delhi Lodhi Road Worked as a Program Advisor my AVP is Mr. Neeraj Awasthi this mail is regarding for my December 2011 Salary for same i had talked to so many persons like Mr. Neeraj, Shweta Kumari, Shubhra Saxena,Anushree Guha,Abhilasha Bhatnagar, Ashutosh Aggarwal,Deepak SInha & some many persons.
I will tell you the reason why Mr. Awasthi asked me resign sir on 31st December 2011 i asked him for a short leave but he denied no issues but i stuck in a issue he saw something is wrong then he asked me to resign, i resign on the spot but now i am asking for my salary he says i am a characterless girl & you can go to court & send a notice to New Horizons it does not effects me, sir i am not that kind of a girl & 2nd thing you know nobody can hear about his character he is no body to say this till December i am asking for my salary after a month & after calling again & again Shweta told me to go Noida Head office & take Clearance From Shubhra this was told me in the month of Jan 2012 then for the clearance for admin clearance Mr. Anup Told me to go Gurgaon office & meet with Ashutosh he is authorized person i went there then Mr. Ashutosh says the authority is already assigned to Mr. Anup before 2 years although he signed on clearance form then after in the Month of feb 2012 i got a sign from Account department then i went gain & again in Lodhi Road office he hadn’t sign on that papers whenever i go there he went outside it goes in the same situation till End of May 2012 then after it get signed from Mr. Awsathi & couriered till June 1 week then after i was calling to Shubhra she said it will take a week time then after a week i called in accounts department then they said i need to pay the amount my salary is not pending you had left the the job without intimation sir just tell me it was ask to resign then how could i surve the notice although they are not responding through phone now i had a word with abhilasha also she says talk to your HOD & shubhra & Anushree they are saying nobody is upper then Neeraj Awasthi & no body can help me out sir i really don’t understand i had devoted my whole December month i hadn’t used abusing words still they are treating like a beger i don’t i mailing this to the right person or not but ,sir i roam here & there just for my salary(15000/-)i waited for 7 months sir if govt. employee is being terminated they also get the salary although they don’t wait for 7 months i belongs to a middle class family for me its a huge amount please help me out i will be waiting for the response if you are the senior most person then Mr. Neeraj.
I agreed i had done the mistake therefore he asked to resign my whole carrier is spoiled now i apologize for my big mistake but meanwhile i devoted my whole month then i want my salary.Please help me out.
