Sir,
I sarabjeet taluja from surat had gone to HOT Spot Mobile Store at Honey park Road surat on 18/17/12to purchase a CDMA mobile handset. Now as CDMA handset are rarely seen the person at store shown me a nokia cdma handset of Year 2009 .He was also having more Samsung newly manu. year handsets but he did not show me other handsets as he wanted to sell that old Nokia 2009 handet to me.Also i Paid 2400/- by Credit card on 18/07/12 and the bill given to me was of date 19/07/12.
when taking handset i found the reality that this handst was not been able to sold and Mr Paresh and MR master by intentionally sold this old handset to me and as it was not been sold.
Now after only 15 min. purchasing this handset I asked Mr paresh to return it back and inturn give me any other handset and i can the charge what ever applicable .Mr paresh refused for anything even replacing handset or giving back me money.
and asked that he will call a person who purchases old mobile and will take my mobile.
other day on 20/07/12 he called me and that person taking old mobiles quoted me Rs 600/- for that mobile which i purchased 2 days back.
When I asked Mr master to go to your Customer care he strongly replied to go anywhere and nothing will happen
I had been cheated by hotspot Mobile Store.
What should i do I just want to replace my Phone.
