Facing continious problems with KENT RO System installed in our company to purify the hard water.

Hello,this is Mamta.C from Multiplast Polymer Pvt Ltd, Bhiwandi, Pogaon.
We had purchased KENT ELITE II (L450-W260-H-870)worth Rs.48000/- from Qasmi Engineering a distributor of KENT machines. The machine was purchased on 18th Jan 2012.

Since the month of April we are continuously facing problem with the machine. The water is not being purified, the water stinks, many times the water does not comes from machine. Whenever contacted the customer care (Andheri office) no body is bothered to solve the problem. The ASM Mr.Surendra Gupte is not at all bothered to pick the calls which we are continuously doing. Due to all these problems we have to purchase water from outside vendor who charge us Rs.35/- per bottle. As ours is a production company and our total strength is more than 200 we had to purchase more than 30 bottles of 25 ltrs on daily basis. Still the KENT customer care is not at all bothered to give timely service.

For example: a complaint was booked on 25th June against complaint no.500272803 for which we were taking daily follow-up after which we complained the same to grievance dept of Kent still there was no support given to us. After again and again follow up the technician was sent to our company on 11th of July to check the machine. After that we came to know that the pump is not in working condition so the technician was again sent to change the pump on 12th July. After changing the same the machine was working properly only for a day after that again same problem started. the water is not coming from the machine again complaint was logged on 16th July 2012 against reference no.E489/16 for which the technician has still not been sent to solve the same.

I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
