The reason to write mail is the telephone line is dead almost a month this is a regular basis happening the complaint no provide by MTNL is automated, again whenever we try to log complaint it mentioned that your complaint has been registered and the docket no is XXXX as we are very old customer of MTNL approx 20 yrs and same problem is happening in our colony plenty of lines are dead on regular basis, as i don’t find worth to use MTNL service, without fail you will be taking fixed charges what is mentioned on the phone bill never it has been exempted when phone lines are dead for months.
Nowadays there are many other options worthwhile cost efficient and convenient.
Request you to take these issues seriously and resolve the problem at the earliest.
