Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased two Logitech speakers in 3 months before but both are not working. I had submitted it in the customer care which is present in Delhi, Neoteric Service center 201, Ashok Bhawan, Nehru Place on 19/06/2012. The call Ticket Number is CL20120031324. In the Job Sheet they have been provided a telephone number 011-41005851, 41005852, 41005853 but when I called up at the given numbers they never pick the phone. In that scenario I mailed at ” [email protected]” and I got a mail from Ms Aarti e mail id – [email protected], that I will be receiving my consignments soon but neither they have send me my consignment not thy are making any communication in this context. Please look in the matter and do the needful.
