I had bought a Handset * Blackberry storn through TAAPTOL.COM and found it to be defective , while reasing a query to Them they stated that Kindly return the handset , we shall Provide you a new handset in place of that , Defective handset was returned to them on 13th June 2012 . However till date they have not made any replacement and also they are not responding to our emails .
