Rediff Shopping: Payment made but goods wasn’t delivered

Hi.I purchased one 8GB pen drive through Rediff Shopping. But It wasn’t delivered to my address yet. It’s more than 15 days now.
Whenever I checked the status in order details it’s showing “Awaiting Dispatch”
