Theft and Damage during transit

Name of company/service: Agrawal Packer & Movers

I have been transferred from Chennai to New Delhi. I have hired the service of Agarwal Packer and Movers based in PH Road, Chennai – 56 for shifting my household things and car. My household things worth of Rs.5300/- is either missing or damaged. Further car has been mishandled during transit leading to repairing expense of Rs. 5500/-. There has been no response to my repeated mails and phone calls.
