Name of company/service: Vodafone

Vodafone is deliberately cheating. My number is 9820937399. I had activated Monthly Blackberry IR plan for Rs.1999 per month and disconnected the same next month on 12.5.2012. They are still charging this every month to me and forcefully make me pay this or else this disconnect my outgoing ! When I complain to them they except their fault and give credit in the next bill. But the story continues every month and I am being charged Rs.1999 every month. Its already 3 billing cycles. I have about Rs.3000/- advance lying with them and they refuse to refund this amount in cash. The only way I can recover this is to use my phone or cancel my phone and ask for refund. I have 4 complaint numbers provided by them. I have visited them twice ! I don’t know how to solve this problem anymore. In the meantime they keep calling me to pay my next bill which is again generated with above charges. My credit does not show on the Bill !

Please help me.
