Hi I am Ramesh,
I made a subscribe process on Tikona site and I paid the amount of 1122/- for the plan ADBB449.and the amount goes deducted from my credit card.
And i did not get any service or sevice call from tikona.
My Bank investigated for the transaction: 091686 (Transaction dated:22may,2012)
And given me a acquire reference number (5713 4832 1444 3007 1742 228) by saying that my money is with tikona, and even mentioned that by this acquire reference number(5713 4832 1444 3007 1742 228) tikona can easily find my transaction details.
Inform the same through mail but still no respond from Tikona
