Non credit of facility/Balance after recharging the SIM.

I got a message from Reliance services about an scheme of Recharge of Rs. 497/- for Reliance to Reliance Local/STD 30 days unlimited free calls. on 14-07-2012 When I got my mobile no. 9818078590 (Relinace)successfully recharged with Rs. 497/-. I have not been given that facility on my number. Neither I am given any balance for that recharge. Contacting the Customer care I got the reply that this scheme was only for selected costomer, and I will get nothing for that. Please take the necessary action.
