Dear sir,
I had not received statement for my credit card. But every month bank executive call me for payment.Whenever they called me I asked them about statement & they ensured me to make a minimum paymentthis time,you will get statement from next month.Finally from last three months I stopped payment.After coordination with bank I start to receiving statement.When i checked it i found they charged me rs. 700 as alate payment charges & 100rs. as a cheque pick up charges.accrding to me this charges should be reverse by bank because i diidnt receive statement but i made at least minimum payment.I also send mail to bank regarding this.but they are not accepting their mistake.Instead of resolving this issue bank is still charging late payment & overdue charges.
Request you to kindly provide support to resolve this issue.
