Sir,
As i already done a complaint about i am facing a problem while trying to repair my handset Galaxy S I9000 (costing 20500 Rs)
from starting when i bought the phone their is some technical issue related to handset and every time i visit the Samsung custumer care my handset is given back to me without repairing it properly and within 1 or 2 days same problem occured in my handset.But as it is not possible for me to go to the custumer care everyday as i am Engg. final year student and my college timing clash with timing of custumer care and also it is 12km away from my home.
Last week on 12 July 2012 i visited the one of samsung custumer care at Dharampeth nagpur.1st they take my case and then after inspecting my handset they refuse to repaire it and tell me to go to another custumer care situated in Sadar Nagpur from where i have priviously repaired my handset.And when ask them about this issue they try to avoid me and when i ask for complaint book they refuse to give me that and when i repeatedly ask for it they have provided me “Letter of Satisfaction” in which it is clearly quoted that i am widrawing any complaint against company they ask me to fill that format in particular they try to cheat me when i ask for complaint book.
Even samsung online complaint unit not taking my issue seriously until i register a complaint on phone they didn’t even give feedback to my mails.And after 3 to 4 days they reply me and when i ask them about taking action on my problem every time they only tell me that my concern has been forwarded and did not take any action till date.Still when they return my handset on past 17 july 2012 the same problem is their in my handset and after 15 days my warranty period will expire.So please help me to come out of this problem.
