Sir,
I have been using this “Airtel digital tv” service for more than a year
since last few month i have been regularly getting bad service quality,and they are unable to provide me the permanent solution to it.
I have been receiving this bad service quality for more than 5 months.
The customer support executive charge me more than 150 rupees per visit, and always refuse to give the cash memo of the service provided by him, but after 7 -9 days the problem again persist.
and they again charge the same for it..
kindly provide me the solution for it..
