I have an internet connection of tikona digital networks ltd. they said that in which plan I’m using there is no speed downgrade & no gb restrictions. after few days I saw that my speed is 200kbps. So I repoted them to recover the connection. they didn’t. They harrasing me a lot. Please take an action.
