Dear Sir
We have written to TIKONA BROADBAND SERVICE on Sat, Mar 3, 2012 at 6:35 AM asking for disconnecting their internet services due to poor customer response.
We got an autogenerated response on 28th MAY 2012 acknowledging the receipt of our email for disconnection of service(sent on 3rd March 2012)
sent 2nd remainder on 25th May 2012 requesting for immediate disconnection of TIKONA’s services.
No response from TIKONA and they do not terminate the connection.
On June 22 we receive a legal notice asking us to pay for their services.
July 19th : Receive a threatening call from a lawyer using the cell 9660875098
asking for a presence in a court located in DELHI with in 24 hrs / or providing out of court settlement for a nominal fee.
July 19th TIKONA internet connection gets activated. In-spite of our email for disconnection
We would like to file a compliant for extracting Rs 2181 forcibly for a service which we did not use, and also for mental harassment.We seek monetary refund and appropriate compensation.
Kindly request a quick response to our problem and save us from this goondagardi.
