I purchased a Videocon washing machine mod num-wmvt60DTGL on 7th December 2011 from Spencers Retail Ltd. It had a leakage problem on june2nd 2012. I registered a complaint against this but they replied very late and on June 20th your engineer Mr. Niranjan Das came. On June 22nd as per Mr. Niranjan Das some Paul & Company took the washing machine as giving me the papers that they are the authorized dealer of Videocon and they will return the machine after repairing the leakage problem.
13th of July more than 7 working days they came with the washing machine having a big crack on the front bar where it has the power on switch and with the same leakage problem. When I called and asked them about the crack they refused to agree with me as well as they took the machine back. Today its 18th of July I still didn’t receive any calls or information about it, when I tried to spoke to the senior officer he told it’s a fault which only the engineer can fix. Still there is no call from the engineer as well as the company. I have never expected this kind of negligence from a company like Videocon.
