bill paid but their system is not showing

Name of company/service: tata docomo

i m using tata docomo postpaid no (7209008007).i have paid my june bill of rs588 online from tata docomo site and the amount has been deducted from my account on 4th july 2012 (bank transactation no.201204592877). usually i get a mail as soon as i pay my bill online but this time i did’nt.i have registered a complaint twice but nothing have been done. even though i have registered a complaint they are calling me again and again and saying that i havnt paid my bill. they have again added my last month bill to this month. please look forward to my complaint as i m being mentally harrased by their daily calls.
