bill paid but their system is not showing

Name of company/service: tata docomo

i have paid my june bill of rs588 online from tata docomo site and the amount has been deducted from my account on 4th july 2012 (bank transactation no.201204592877). usually i get a mail as soon as i pay my bill online but this time i did’nt.i have registered a complaint twice but nothing have been done. even though i have registered a complaint they are calling me again and again and saying that i havnt paid my bill. they have again added my last month bill to this month. please look forward to my complaint as i m being mentally harrased by their daily calls.
