Hi Sir/ Mam,
I am using Airtel post paid mobile services. My Mobile no is 08009909609.
I am using airtel services at the above post paid no. Six month before i was working with HCL infosystems ltd in Lucknow. There I submitted Rent agreement & all essential document with permanant address proof. but I got transffered in western part of UP. So service provider Airtel blocked my services without intimation or prior notice. They asked to submit new address proof & ID at Airtel Relationship centre. I submitted the same required documents @ Airtel Relationship centre Agra. at the mean time I get clearence over services. but after passing 4 days they again blocked my number with out notice. I asked the reason from customer care, they told me my new documents with new address still not updated in airtel. Even I have submitted all the documents to airtel relationship center. I made hard followup with airtel centre as well as customer care, nobody listening. I am facing lot of pain due to this. I am out of touch from work. I am facing mental As well as economical losses.
Pls help me out,do the needful in this regard.
