dear sir/madam
i have bsnl mobile number. and this company regular deduct my balance without any service activat by myself. company itself activate the service without my permission and deduct the balance from my mobile balance. from 3 months, the service are 540005010 and 540001005.About Rs50 this company loot from me. i have many complaint number given by customer care. and i also appy for my fund return application but my fund not refund till. customer care are very rood. unnecessary services are applied on my number by bsnl mobile company . please help me.
