Undue Charging of Late payments for delay in bill payment by KOTAK CERDIT CARDS

Madam/Sir

It is bring in your notice that I have made payment of Rs.15625.00 by Cheque no 77648 dated 30.03.2012 . Payment cheque was dropped well 3-4 days before due date of 30.03.2012 IN drop Box in Sec 16 Faridabad ,Kotak Bank branch with date written 30.03.2012.Now it was required that KOTAK BANK should send the cheque for clearing on time, so that payment is cleared on 30th March-12 but it was delay from their side ( by 3 days ).Now they are charging Late payment fees which can not be accepted .
After number of written and telephonic complaints to bank , still the bank is asking for late payment fees.
Though I hav made everything clear regarding the payment and rquested them to wavoff the late payment fees but still evry months I am getting payment reminders with more charges added up.
Letters have been sent to following mails—- 1)manisha malik
2)service bank ,
also telephonically communication to banks excutives.
Pls advice the bank to do the nd full
