ticket amount deduction without getting ticket

Location/place: new delhi

Name of company/service: PVR cinemas, saket new delhi

i book the online tickets for the movie, but the amount gets deducted and i didn’t get the ticket and i complaint in PVR ID but they didn’t give any response and i m trying their contact numbers, their customer care contact numbers but they are not picking my phone call i am feedup from PVR services.. I have all the proofs with me, bank deduction, their blank ticket which comes out after money dedution..So please take immediate action against PVR as soon as possible
