WRONG AMOUNT DEDUCTION

Hi,

I am havind connection of Reliacnce GSM 9015140433. Yesterday (i,e on 19th Jan 2011)I got notice that some amount had been deducted from my balance. When I enquired from the executives of reliance they told me that on value added service has been activated by default to my number (i,e dream girl service) and was activated since 27 the Nov’10 where there was no any such request forwarded from my side and they also confirmed that the service was activated by default.

Due to whic my amount was continously deducting from my balance since Nov’10. When I asked them to refund the same thy refused for the same and I was told no any such provision is avaliable.

Now I reuqest you to please make them to refund my amount which was deducted and such cases should be stoped as many of costumeres are suffring with the same problem as some times this minor things does not come in focus by coustmers and the compnies continiously

charging and taking the money away from costumers.
