Name of company/service: SBI credit card services

I received a template with my credit card Kit in which I get an offer of buy 1 get 1 one free on bookmyshow.com only on weekends (i.e. Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

But now I am unable to avail that offer as it is showing that offer is not valid and when I talked with the SBI credit card team they said that that scheme is valid for first 2000 customers, but that information is communicated to me earlier.

Kindly look at the issue at the earliest, it is so nice of you if I get the help by your team on this issue at the earliest, as I am getting fooled by the SBI credit card executive.
Please find attachment for the supporting documents which shows the offer on card. I have scanned and attached a soft copy I am also having an hard copy

This problem is still unresponsive and now again i am gettin another issue:-

I mailed the SBI tem regarding the below issue on 2nd of July 2012 and even after 16 days I didn’t get any response regarding my problem.
Also every time when I call to customer care I didn’t get the solutions regarding my problem.
Last time I was cheated by the SBI credit card team regarding the offer and that problem is still not solved.
Now I am feeling the same.
My problem is that, few days ago I talked to some supervisor and they redeemed 2000 rewards point from my account and it gives me 500 Rupee cash back but I am unable to find that amount in my account.
And when I am calling the customer care for the same I am getting disappointed by the executives.
They talks very harshly and behaves very rudely with customers.
Yesterday I talked to CCE’s named Miss Mudita, and today with Mr. Mohammad Akhil, both are talking in very disappointed manner.
Is this the way to talk to behave with a customer?
Now I wonder why they were there if they are not capable of helping customers and solving their problems.
Still I didn’t get any kind of response for the same and now I am feeling helpless and found myself cheated by the SBI credit card services.
And now I am expecting a help from some senior authority regarding my problems.
And even after this if I didn’t get the resolution of problem I would like to discontinue my services with SBI credit card.
I am expecting you to look into the issue.
Kindly look into to the issue at the earliest.

Note: – For the previous issue if you wants any proof regarding offer which I supposed to get as per the promises of SBI schemes but not able to avail let me know I will mail you the scanned copy too.
