Myself Himanshu Sachdeva. I port out my Airtel number to Vodafone on 26th June. Vodafone started my number. But, after 1 week they disconnected my number because of negative verification of my residence. They asked me for new proof and i submit that on 7th july (saturday) to their Vodafone store in rohini. They told me that my service will again start till wednesday. But, they did’nt started. I lodged lots of complaints to their customer care & their vodafone store. After that my services started on Friday. But, after 2 days they again disconnected my number without any intimation. When I talked to customer care they said that your verification is positive but you need to submit 1 more proof.
Is this the way to treat with customer that they dont intimate to your customer for any problem. They just disconnect the number.
