This is to inform you that I Sri Prafulla Ku Panda have purchased a motor cycle from Bharat Motors Ltd,Bhubaneswar on dt.22.06.2011 with model – Hero Honda Passion pro (New Model), Regn. No. OR02BQ 1884. After some days I found some problems in my bike.Always deep black Air comes out while.Running , Milage is very Poor. After completing my Seventh servicing alongwith 2 times FOC , the defects are not fully solved. On each servicing I told them to rectify all problems .But the same Running defect are now uncleared.
Hence, it is requested to to take necessary action at your end at the earliest please, it is not possible for me to go from Puri to Bhubaneswar every time for checking. As a customer I am not satisfied with my bike due to Running defect.Note that if it will not be solved, I will be bound to file a consumer suit against it
