Dear Sir,
We was purchased a Split AC from Voltas on 17 March 2012. And we are facing cooling problem in our AC from last month. we had registered our complaint at Voltas Home Care on 4 July 2012. But Voltas engineer did not reach at our side to attend our complaint, then again we had spoken to Voltas Home Care on 10 July 2012, then again we had spoken to Voltas Customer care on 11 July 2012. But yet now engineer did not reach here to attend this problem. So again we had inform to Voltas Home care on 16 July 2012 but we did not get any responce from Voltas Side .
So please tell me what is reason why you are not able to attend this problem.
