no hearing, just harrasment

sir, i bought a videocon washing machine which is semi automatic roughly 1 year back. It started giving some problems in drier, i sent this jaipur at their branch office 4 months back, now they sent me other model which is worth 6000 but i bought it in 8000, i suffered in this procedure for 7 months. First complaint i registered in may 2010 and till date i made 6 complaints. I made 50 phone calls to Mr. Gyan company personel in jaipur in last 7 months but he did not make a single call and now sent some other model. it was purely a harrassment procedure which had happened with their diff

    I have also purchased the washing machine semi automatic in June 2010. It started giving me trouble from the very second day.

    We firstly reported to the Dealer, he asked me to get the machine to the shop so that their engineers can test primarily, else they will call to the customer care.

    It is nonsense repose that we carry a huge machine again and again to the service center.

    Then i discussed the issue with the my friend who also had the same problem.

    She suggested me to register the complaint to Consumer Grievance Redressal Cell , I am surprised to see that with in three days, my problem has been heard and i got the call from company.

    I think, the only way to reach them is through the different way.
