Deducting money from main balance all the time and blocking the customer care number after charging

Location/place: Seepz,Andheri(E),Mumbai

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

This is the third month, I’m experiencing the same problem. I’m using tata docomo network, but during the last 3 months without any notification they are charging extra money and deducting the money from the main balance of my mobile network. I’ve complained about this last, after that they have blocked the customer care number, specially for me for 15 days..so I didn’t get back my money. Again this month same condition…After deduction I complained once ..but they didn’t take the complaint saying about the technical problem. I asked for any rference number,on the basis of that I can complained again. But they have blocked thei Customer care no for me. Now,I need your attention to take the necessary step against them.
