no replacement battery in gurantee period

I bought argentum g-marathan e-lite blue on 30/03/2012.
Frame serial no. – AE212010863, by zaidi automobile shahdara delhi 32, new pack battery start problem after 3 days , zaidi automobile check the battery and replace 2 faulty battery.after 15 days about mileage problem start again. 2months waited me for new battery pack . now zaidi automobile replace me old battery. I purchase new bike please give me new genuine battery pack .zaidi automobile waste my 3 months gurantee mujhe trontek by arjun sir mujhe pata chala hai ki battery ka gurantee card alag se hota hai jo mujhe nahi diya gaya hai 3 months me main bahut pareshaan hua hoon agar problem solve hoti hai to theek hai otherwise i will go consumer court. my elder brother is in zee news Mr YOGESH SHARMA (BUSINESS MANAGER IN COMMERCIAL UNIT)
