I purchase a laptop TOSHIBA SATTELITE-WINDOWS 7 HOME BASIC.,from CHROMA..in the course of time the HD developed a fault and i had to get a new one,as for the windows’ software it asked me for the product key.
But due to the repeated usage of the machine the product key number got erased. i contacted the microsoft and they asked me for the copy of invoice and scanned copy of the COA.
Inspite of providing the said documents ,they are not sending me the product key.
it has been 4 months now .
