We are sun direct customer for past 2 years.. moved from chennai to hyderabad and we paid installation charges and reinstalled the dish in hyderabad.. for 10 weeks we have been asking sundirect customer care unit to change the dish direction pointing towards new satellite..but despite multiple followups.. there is no response from them.. and the amount we paid towards watching these channels..we cannot watch them.. is this like.. they have taken the money and not providing services.. can you help?
