Hi ,
I am having LIC Jeevan Saral policy with policy no – 216450650 at Lucknow Rajapuram Branch and I have paid premium up to March -12 now after April-12 in LIC system it is updated that next premium due for Nov-11 and I have already informed my agent to correct it from last one month as I am out side from India and making many ISD calls to agent for correction but still it is not corrected and every time they told it will done very soon.
Kindly provide me help regarding these type situation happens in LIC and no one take responsibility and no one inform us that is system error and why I should pay premium for Nov-11 to March-12.I have all the payment receipt until March-12.
