I DEEPAK SRIVASTAVA with registered mobile no:- +919919160090 ,have reported a complaint regarding no proper cooling of my window ac
which i have buyed from dealer:-RAJA ELECTRONICS 80ft road kanpur on 24-03-2012. Inspite of calling so many times on your customer care
number i am not getting any good response.I tried to register complaint with my dealer and on your toll free number too then too i didnt got any response
yes one man arrived at home and said the excuse”you should have take 1.5ton ac for this room” which i thnik i really stupid reason,instead
of solving my problem he is giving excuses.I had a chat with your customer care executive who are always sending my request on priorities but i dont know
to whome they r sent because i am calling everyday and reminding them.My complaint is registered
since 04-06-2012. My complaint have not been resolved yet.I made call to your service franchise group of KANPUR(UTTAR PRADESH)
s.d. services i called them three days regularly and they have been answering me “today my man will come to your house” but they were just false
commitment which they did. According to your rule you say u will resolve a customer problem within 48 hours,i waited for 96 hours and then too on
15-06-2012.I was assured that the senior technician will arrive you on saturday and its tuesday now, and no body arrives.
THEREFORE I ASK YOU TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND DEAL WITH YOUR DEFAULTER TEAM AND IF U CANT GIVE US SERVICES I ASSURE
YOU THAT I CAN MAKE A HIGHER COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS.
SO I ASK YOU TO LOOK INTO MY PROBLEM ASAP AND RESOLVE IT.
