Greetings for the day,
I m Mrs.Neha Bhide,leaving in Indore.My refrigerator is not working from last 2 days.i had made a complain for that on 10th July 12 at 9AM on customer care desk.and they them selves commited us for responce with in 24 hours.But i didn’t receive any responce till now(11th July 10AM).In the mean process i had called them 3 times but i didn’t got any proper responce from there end.one is put my call on hold for more than 20minutes and other commited for call back with 1 hour,but these all r falls commitments from there end.till now i m waiting for any responce.
Its a humble request to you to pls cheak the process of this services,As we r not forced them to commite us all the things.but they them selves said all the things.it really give lot of tansion to us as we r facing the problem.it consume alot of time also as each executive ask same details and after giving all details we didn’t get any responce.
Hoping for some responce from your end.
