Dear Sir,
This is with reference to my complaint of LG mouse Complaint No. C10A0119452 dated 01-10-2010 & C10A0931791 dated 09-0-2010 and still pending.
I am following up with LG customer service since 01/10/2010 but no one in LG company is bother about their product / customer.
Everytime I call to customer care, I hear a standard reply “your complaint will be resolved within 24 hours”.
Request you to help me in resolving the problem.
