Bata India Ltd Complaints – I am regular customer of BATA and used their shoes since 1978. I bought one shoe @ Rs. 700/- on 30.06.2010 at Bata Shoe Store, Jatni. After 7 days it was damaged. I had returned the same to Bata Shoe Store, Jatni. They had replaced another pair of shoes brand name MocassuscaaAgain @ Rs. 1,399/- vide Money Receipt No. 4955, dated 11.07.10.

After 2 months 9 days, this new shoe was also damaged on 20.09.10. I have asked Bata Shoe Store, Jatni to replace the shoe but they refused to take return.

Kindly replace my shoe or refund my moneby back at the earliest.
