My Consumer No: 23926 with Bharat Gas & my distributor’s Code No: 461835 of 99, Acharya Prafulla Chandra Road, Kolkata – 700 009. I am supposed receive cylinder by 11.00a.m. since nobody stays back on weekdays as all are working people. Previously they followed the instructions; but of late they sell my cylinder at a higher price to my neighbour and say that cylinder has been returned. I have to take leave from office every month and take delivery of the cylinder according to my distributor’s own sweet will. Sometimes I am harrassed for two to three days before I finally get my cylinder after booking again. Please help me for which I shall remain highly obliged.
