I had placed an order for purchase of a trimmer from www.timtara.com on 25th March.The payment of RS.1399 was made by my credit card on the same date.Due to some reasons it got cancelled by the site and they said that the payment will be refunded.BUT,till today its about 100 days and i have not recieved any refund from the site.I have called to their customer care centre many times;every time they say that it will be done in 7days but its never done.Its wriiten on their site that the payment refund is done within 7days.But i am being harrased mentally everytime not being refunded my payment.Please see to it that i get back my amount along with compensation for the harrasment caused to me.
